Course duration
The MEND Programme consists of 20 x 2-hour sessions, comprising an Introduction, a Farewell, eight behavioural and eight nutritional/diet sessions, each followed by an exercise session and Pre- and Post-measurements.
It typically runs for ten weeks (two sessions per week with a break for half-term) in leisure centres.
Sessions typically take place twice a week, in the early evening e.g. Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays.
