MEND is delighted to be working in partnership with the Fitness Industry Association (FIA), a trade association that represents ~50% of health & fitness clubs and centres in the UK.

The FIA launched MoreActive4Life in the summer of 2009, a 3 year campaign under the Department of Health’s Change4Life umbrella, helping every man, woman and child in the UK to be more active, more often.

At Leisure Industry Week (LIW) the FIA launched their programme for 2010, the More Active Health Programme.

The More Active Health Programme is a fun 6 week programme designed by a team of experts in the fields of nutrition, psychology and physical activity to help   support people in adopting healthy living habits around physical activity and nutrition.
