Our childhood obesity awareness eLearning course gives professionals the opportunity to learn skills they need to successfully interact with children who are above a healthy weight. The course costs just £30 plus VAT.

What is included in the eLearning course?

  • An overview of childhood obesity, including how to assess whether or not a child is above a healthy weight
  • Basic details of MEND’s prevention and intervention programmes for families
  • Guidance on healthier food choices and being more active
  • An overview of the government’s obesity guidelines and the National Childhood Measurement Programme


This eLearning course is aimed at health professionals, community practitioners and front-line staff.
